1、The above rates are inclusive of all tax and service charge.
2、Extra Bed and Buffet Breakfast charge
Extra Bed (normal period) : RMB120;
Extra Bed (Canton fair period) : RMB380 include breakfast ;
Buffet Breakfast (normal period) is RMB50 per person;
Buffet Breakfast (Canton fair period) is RMB218 per person.
3、Serving time
I. We will offer 24 hours service and no holidays.

4、Reservation confirming time
I. Usully the reservations you submitted will be confirmed in 24 hours. For the reservations during standby unattended time will be confirmed in 48 hours.
II. Working time: 9:00 am-17:30 pm, Monday-Friday,public holiday is standby unattended time.
5、Availability of confirmation
I.confirmation stays available till 18:00 on the check-in day, provided there are no other remarks shown on booking list.
II. If postponement is needed, deposit must be prepaid.

7、Hotel check-in time is 14:00 pm (local time) and check-out time is 12:00 am(local time),Any request of extension will be subject to hotel room availability.
8、The Canton Fair Rate is valid on April. 14 to May5th and Oct. 14 to Nov.4th each year. The credit card guaranteed is required or one room night room pre-payment will be charged at the time of reservation made .Guaranteed reservations cancelled 15 days of arrival or failure to check-in on day of arrival, will be subject to a one-day charge with required cancellation and amendment policies.
